PT sessions can be either 1-2-1 or small groups based in the comfort of your home or outdoors in your garden or at a local park. These sessions are results focused and tailored to your goals; you can expect to notice an improvement in your performance, body shape or weight in 3 months.

PT sessions can be weights-based for body conditioning, fat burning and strength or be a combination of flexibility and endurance.  Cardiovascular training through running programmes combined with yoga is perfect in ensuring you continue to train injury free.
