I started personal training with Julie when I was 6 weeks post natal and after a c-section. I was nervous about starting exercising after a section and didn't know where to begin. 

Julie eased me back into it and was very knowledgeable about what I could and couldn't do post section. After 6 weeks training with Julie I had lost almost a stone and 5.5 inches from my waist which was the area I was most self conscious about. I now feel so much fitter and able to start back at the gym and running. Thanks Julie x
