Hello, well that is week 1 following your healthy eating plan, we have enjoyed the various meals and had a few wee surprises with some new ideas which we really enjoyed - pitta, carrot and humous for one but it was so nice. We have not been really hungry or starving, and ..... drum roll..... my husband has lost half a pound off a stone and I have lost 7 and quarter pounds! We are both delighted as am sure you can imagine. But we also know this won't happen every week, if only it did! Love Aileenxx
